Clubes Ciência Viva in schools are places open to the entire community that aim to facilitate the access to science and technology experimental education. This initiative is promoted by General Directorate for Education and Ciência Viva Agency and it counts on the cooperation between entities responsible for formal and informal education, such as scientific research and higher education institutions, municipalities, Ciência Viva science centres, companies and museums.
CNC collaborates with the Ciência Viva Club of the cluster of schools from Pombal, playing an important role in promoting activities such as researchers’ visits to schools, students’ visits to CNC laboratories and internships.
