On November 30th, at 9:30 AM, don't miss the Mushrooms from 'Farm to Fork' Seminar at the Grande Hotel do Luso!

This seminar marks the beginning of a series of initiatives under the PRR-C05-i03-I-000160 project – "Mushrooms from Meadow to Plate," inviting reflection on the production of mushrooms and substrates in Portugal. We will delve into their interaction with the forestry and agricultural sectors, as well as the inclusion and integration of mushrooms into the Mediterranean diet.

Additionally, exciting mycological tours will take place on December 1st and 2nd.
