Regarding the II MAD retreat, to be held on November 17-18th, some last minute updates had to be done and you can now find the updated version of the final program of the II Mad retreat here.

1-      As mentioned in previous communications, the retreat will happen live and virtually on the first day (November 17th), while the second (November 18th) will be exclusively virtual.

3-      For those of you who have registered for the live event on the November 17th, please note that, as the available places are restricted, we will choose the first hundred registrations to be present. If you haven’t received an email from the organizers by now, it means that your place is warranted.

4-      The program of the cultural event (November 17th) can be find here. This event will also be transmitted live on CNC youtube channel.

5-      If you are presenting in the retreat, please do your very best to keep your presentation in time. We have a tight schedule and this will warrant we can keep it on time. The organizing committee reserves the right to interrupt presentations that do not follow this simple rule. Furthermore, if you are presenting via zoom, we will appreciate if you can connect 10 minutes before your slot, in order to avoid last minute connection problems.
