We are happy to announce we will have the 5th edition of the course Introduction to QuPath from May 4 to 6, 2026, organized by the MICC-CNC, the Bioimaging Platform from GIMM, the PPBI (Portuguese Platform of BioImaging) community, the Leiden University Medical Center, Netherlands Cancer Institute and IRB Barcelona Bioimaging Platforms.

Requirements for participants:

- Students must bring their own laptop, transformer, mouse.

- Install QuPath [https://github.com/qupath/qupath/releases]

About the course:

This course intends to give a brief introduction (Theoretical & Practical) to the use of QuPath (free open-source software for "Quantitative Pathology") for analysis of tile & stitched large image datasets, such as those obtained at slide scanners from the Histopathology and Bioimaging platforms.
