NECTAR 2025 in Coimbra, Abstract Submission and Registration Now Open!

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 35th Annual Symposium of the Network for European CNS Transplantation and Restoration (NECTAR 2025), which will take place from October 20th to 22nd, 2025, at Colégio da Trindade, University of Coimbra.

NECTAR is a European network dedicated to promoting translational research in central nervous system (CNS) transplantation and restoration. Since its foundation, it has brought together researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to discuss the most relevant advances in cell and gene therapies for neurological diseases.

This international event, organized by GeneT – Gene Therapy Center of Excellence Portugal, in collaboration with NECTAR, will gather scientists, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders from around the world to share the latest developments in gene and cell therapy for neural disorders.

The scientific program will include:
- Lectures by internationally renowned researchers
- Sessions dedicated to young investigators
- Discussions with industry representatives and patient advocacy groups
- Oral and poster presentations

Topics will range from stem cell biology and genome editing to preclinical and clinical advances in innovative therapies for the central nervous system.

We invite all interested parties to:
- Submit abstracts for poster presentations (top abstracts will be selected for oral presentation) by September 19th, 2025.
- Register and ensure your participation in this outstanding scientific meeting.
