The Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology (CNC), according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August, is committed on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

In order to comply with the legal obligations to implement a code of conduct provided for in Article 5(1) of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), approved in annex to Decree-Law no. 109 -E/2021, of December 9, the Code of Ethics, Conduct and Integrity of the University of Coimbra is applicable to the CNC, by virtue of a resolution of the CNC Board available here.
