On January 29, 2026, the University of Coimbra, through EXCELScIOR Project, together with Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, will host an intensive one-day course focused on quality management.

In this full-day interactive workshop, participants will explore how "quality thinking" can make their everyday work easier, more reproducible, and more collaborative.

Through research-data "scary tales," process mapping, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to avoid common mistakes and make their results much stronger. Everyone will leave with a personalized Quality Action Plan to implement in their own projects.
